the power of attorney to buy and sell instructions.

objectives, adding interested parties to your

update various pieces of information on your
legal entity accounts (e.g. corporate account)
such as address changes, investment objectives,

Authorization for Non-Registered Investments – This form allows you to
transfer assets from another institution to
your non-registered investment account at ScotiaMcLeod.

another institution to your registered investment

Pinnacle
Annual Review Form – This form
is used for Pinnacle account holders. It verifies
that an annual review has been preformed on
your account and that you wish to maintain
your current asset mix, or allows you to make
changes to your current asset mix.
Request
to Reduce Tax Deductions at Source – This
form is used to reduce the income taxes withheld
by your employer once you have made an RRSP
contribution. This provides you with immediate
income tax relief as opposed to waiting for
the processing of your personal income tax
return the following year.
